Bill Sullivan manages the estimating platform and process for Peak Construction Corporation. Bill is involved in management of historical cost information and the maintenance of the market segment estimating and cost templates utilized by the project management professionals providing timely and current budgeting information to our clients. Bill is active in gathering and tracking all cost information continually processed as part of the Peak bidding and subcontractor selection procedures for each specific project. His global involvement across all Peak projects enables all of our project management team to share in the most current and accurate cost information and trends available across all of our various product types and on a daily basis. Bill also provides a variety of programming and construction management services for many of our projects utilizing CAD compatible software programs to optimize site engineering and design options. Prior to joining Peak, Bill was involved in sales, cost and product data base management for the hardware and construction industry. He was directly involved in provided sales and services to many large companies within Illinois and Wisconsin including Ace Hardware, Home Depot, True Value, American Hotel Register, and Grainger. Bill attended the University of Nebraska in the college of Business.
