Gary Janko became a partner and investor in Peak Construction Corporation in 2004. Although not involved with day-to-day activities of the company, Gary brings 30 years of experience in the finance, acquisition, development and management of real estate to the company. His role includes focusing on the business development and strategic planning of the company with an emphasis on marketing and fiscal responsibility.

Beyond Peak, Gary serves as a managing member on a real estate portfolio of current assets exceeding $100 million in value and has also personally arranged over $2.0 billion of financing with many of the country’s largest life insurance companies, pension funds, banks and other commercial lending institutions. Gary earned an undergraduate business degree with honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, former President of the Chicago Real Estate Council and is a current Advisory Board Member for the Lake Forest branch of the Private Bank.
