Gregory W. Freehauf joined Peak in 2009 as Vice President. Greg is primarily responsible for Sales, Marketing and Pre-Construction for Peak. Greg brings over 25 years of design build experience to Peak. He has previously held executive positions for design build and general contracting companies in which he has delivered more than $600 million in design build projects. In the design/build area, his experience ranges from $2 - $50 million projects including Saratoga Food Spice Manufacturing, Cooper Plumbing Supply, Midwest Molding, Midtronics, Charlestown Power, Maine Plastics, Trim-Rite meat processing, State Financial Bank, Crossroads I and Plainfield Molding. Long term relationships include Corum Real Estate, Grubb & Ellis, Advocate Health, Commercial Property Associates, Commonwealth Realty Advisors, Panattoni, and Darwin Realty and Development. Prior to Peak, Greg began his long and successful career in the construction industry with key executive capacities with companies including Morgan Harbour Construction, TCB Design Build and IHC Construction Companies.
