Des Plaines, IL (June 26, 2018) — Peak Construction Corporation has begun work on DCT Industrial’s two (2) building Northline project. Building 1 is 913,000 square feet and Building 2 is 151,000 square feet totaling 1.1 million square feet of speculative space in Burlington, New Jersey. Building 1 will feature a 40’ clear height while Building 2 will have 36’ clear height. Both buildings will be tilt-up concrete panel construction with fully-adhered EPDM membrane roofs. Ware Malcomb is the Architect and Maser Engineering is the Civil Engineer on the project. The project is expected to be completed in Q3 2019. This is Peak’s fourth project on the east coast in three years.
