A trio of projects last year cemented another great collaboration between Peak Construction and Black Creek Group.
The 131,040 square foot speculative facility in Naperville located on Frontenac Road features 32’ clear height, 149 parking spaces, 22 dock positions and two (2) drive-in doors. Peak Construction’s Jeff Musielewicz, Tyler Sullivan and Brandon Wright have been working closely with Ware Malcomb and Kimley-Horn. The project will be completed this spring.
Additionally, a pair of speculative buildings are being constructed in the O’Hare sub market, one on Sesame Street in Bensenville and the other on Wall Street in Mt. Prospect. Peak Construction’s Dale Carter, Julia Hernandez, John Sanders and Jeff Landis are working closely with Cornerstone Architects and Cage Civil Engineering in Bensenville and SpaceCo Inc. in Mt. Prospect. Both buildings were recently completed. The 116,294 square foot Bensenville facility features 32’ clear height, 106 parking spaces, 18 dock positions and two (2) drive-in doors.
The facility in Mt. Prospect is 132,270 square feet and features 32’ clear height, 176 parking spaces, 27 dock positions and two (2) drive-in doors.
