Peak Construction has always been technology driven and during the last year, our push for staying up to date was more important than we ever could have anticipated.
Peak Construction was always incorporating some of the most forward-thinking, efficient and cutting-edge products on the market.

Volkswagen Expansion | 90,000 Square Feet | Completed Fall 2020
Why? Because we believe in delivering top-quality projects at the speed of today’s construction technology resulting in faster communication, more-educated decisions and, ultimately, a better bottom line for our clients.
Not only did we seamlessly transition to work from home during the last year due to Covid-19, but we thoroughly embraced different out-of-box cooperation while working with clients that allowed us to continue to service their needs, meet deadlines and always approach everything with our motto, “Do the right thing”.
In March 2020, Peak Construction, along with each person and entity across the globe, was staring down an unknown road of uncertainty with the advent of Covid-19.
At that time we relayed that above all, our company’s primary concern was for “the health, safety and well-being of our employees, their families, our clients and business partners.” While Peak was confident in our ability to weather the crisis ahead, no one could fully grasp all that was about to unfold.
Black Creek Group | Avenel, NJ
Avenel Business Center| 122,000 Square Feet | Completed Fall 2020
For years prior to 2020, Peak Construction had been strategically incorporating forward-thinking, efficient and cutting-edge products into our everyday business with the understanding and belief in delivering top-quality projects at the speed of today’s construction technology. The upgrades and processes we implemented preceding the pandemic allowed us to transition seamlessly and effectively, conducting business smoothly through the pandemic.
Peak Construction’s commitment to technology, thorough embrace of out-of-the-box thinking and cooperation with our clients, subcontractors and especially, municipalities and regulatory agencies kept projects on track.
As said by Peak Construction’s CEO, Michael P. Sullivan, Jr., in Chicago Industrial Properties’ March 2021 article, “I’ve been amazed at how resilient the communities we’ve dealt in have been able to adapt to zoom and remote technology.”
And while Peak is humbled by its success, we will continue to have our hands firmly on the steering wheel to service our clients and the numerous projects throughout our continually expanding market presence.
We look back and appreciate all the difficult challenges and welcome the evolutionary progress resulting from those changes, including continuously implementing leading-edge technologies for our clients that allow us to and continue our successful navigation of the unknown.
