Des Plaines, IL (September 28, 2021) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Scannell Properties’ Riverside Distribution Center on Rt. 33 in Millstone Township, NJ. The 132,930 square foot speculative distribution warehouse is expected to be completed in late Summer 2022 and will have 32’ clear height, 29 dock doors, two drive-in doors, trailer storage and 135 car stalls, as well as, an ESFR fire sprinkler system for Class I-IV commodities and 1600 Amp service. Peak is teamed with architect Norr and civil engineer Colliers Engineering.
