The 477,115 square foot speculative distribution warehouse is expected to be completed in late December 2022 and will have a 36’ clear height, 40 dock doors, four (4) drive-in doors, trailer storage and 372 car stalls. Peak is teamed with Harris Architects Inc. and Haeger Engineering.
