Building C is a 243,770 square foot speculative building with a 32’ clear height, featuring 30 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 40 trailer parking spaces and 156 car parking spaces. Peak is teamed with architect Ware Malcomb and civil engineer PEA Group. Completion is scheduled for April 2023.
