Rosemont, IL (September 12, 2023) —Peak Construction Corporation is underway with IDI Logistics’ new speculative warehouse, Rock Run Crossing 2 in Joliet’s Rock Run Crossings Business Park. The 219,041 square foot facility features 36’ clear height, 24 dock doors with 19 future, two (2) drive-in doors, parking for 209 cars, 63 trailer parking stalls and 2,000 square feet of spec office.
