Rosemont, IL (September 17, 2024) —Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Brookfield Properties Windsor 8 Logistics center in West Windsor, NJ. The 326,087 square foot facility features a 37.5’ clear height, 57 dock doors with pneumatic dock levelers, 2 drive-in doors, 163 parking spaces, 73 trailer spaces, sound wall, retaining walls and porous basins. The project will be completed by the end of Q3 2025. Peak is teamed with architect Macgregor Associates Architects, Inc. and civil engineer Dynamic Engineering.
