Jim Faber
Currently Jim joined Peak as Field Operations Manager. Working closely with project field teams, he oversees jobsite activities including schedule, safety, jobsite documentation, SWPPP and Peak’s Quality Assurance program. Jim also works closely with Peak’s Safety Director to manage Peak’s company-wide safety program and requirements including third-party safety site visits and weekly safety audits. Additionally, he works hand-in-hand with Peak’s Operation Team as a liaison with current and new clients.
Expertise Jim’s vast industry knowledge and 50 years of carpentry, superintendent and general superintendent experience make him an asset to any project team. Jim jumps right into any project and is adept at facilitating solutions to any challenge. His extensive experience with jobsite management allows him to oversee and effectively manage multiple field teams while achieving safety, quality control, cost savings and schedule milestones on every job; and he excels at bridging communication between the field and the client.
Experience Jim has worked in the industrial, food distribution, freezer/cooler, multi-family, office, educational and residential markets over his career, with special focus on large, industrial facilities. His projects have ranged from $400,000 to $90M covering 53,000 to 1.2M SF. Jim has worked for such clients as Scannell Properties, Janko Group, Trader Joe’s, DOCO, Custom Foods, Fisher Nuts, PetSmart, FedEx, Abt Electronics, Samsung, Glenstar Properties and Interforum Holdings.
