Des Plaines, IL (November 18, 2015)— Building A in the Antioch Corporate Center has received LEED Silver Certification for Core and Shell from the US Green Building Council. The 454,276SF facility completed in July received points for credits including utilizing recycled content of construction materials and low VOC (volatile organic compound) used inside the building. Additionally, the energy model confirms the building is operating 24% better than a baseline warehouse.
