Rosemont, IL (December 10, 2024) — Peak Construction Corporation and NorthPoint Development were thrilled that Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro chose their Hazleton Logistics Building 1 to host a November 20th press conference to tout the success of and sign the executive order establishing the commonwealth’s “PA Permit Fast Track Program”. Gov. Shapiro spoke in detail about the game-changing program cutting through red tape, expediting permits, and streamlining projects and construction in Pennsylvania. While the 1,058,482 SF Northpoint/Peak Hazleton Logistics Building 1 project was not part of the program, it was completed in record time! “We are speeding up business. So huge projects like this can be built,” shared Gov. Shapiro on his X post regarding the program.
