Peak Construction Corporation Awarded New World Van Lines $2 Million Warehouse
Des Plaines, IL (June 17, 2013) — Peak Construction Corporation has been selected as Design Builder to oversee New World Van Lines’ $2 million warehouse storage expansion at their global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The construction schedule will begin in June 2013 commencing with demolition of an existing building. The warehouse addition, totaling 35,000 Sq. Ft., includes 8 new docks with air bag levelers and 2 drive-in doors with a 28’ clear height. The exterior façade consists of precast panels with a brick veneer. Peak is teamed with Harris Architects, Inc. and Webster, McGrath & Ahlberg, Ltd., Civil Engineers.
