Rosemont, IL (January 31, 2023) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded DHL Supply Chain’s 1,004,640 square foot Building #2 in the Clear Springs Logistics Park located at 700 Killinger Road, Annville, PA. The facility will feature 40’ clear height, 100 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 75 slots for future dock doors, 230 trailer stalls, 246 car parking spaces and 95 future car parking spaces along with 100,000 square feet of solar ready roof. Peak is teamed with Harris Architects Inc. and civil engineering firm Warehaus. The project is expected to be completed in late Q3 2023.
