Des Plaines, IL (May 4, 2021) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded IDI Logistics’ Gateway Romeoville Building A. The new, speculative 351,870 square foot industrial facility set on approximately 19 acres, is located at Route 53 and Joliet Road. The building features a 36’ clear height, 41 dock doors (expandable to 72), two (2) drive-in doors, 96 trailer stalls and 285 car stalls. The building is expected to be completed in January 2022. Peak is teamed with Macgregor Associates Architects and civil engineer Jacob & Hefner Associates.
