Construction kicks off for new Morris hotel
Mike Sullivan, president and founder of Peak Construction Corporation, joins forces with Morris Hotel Group, LLC, to build a 3-story Holiday Inn Express and Suites at Interstate 80 and Interstate 47 in Morris, Illinois. With completion scheduled for January 2008, Peak will pursue a vigorous construction schedule accommodating construction design and permitting.

Peak Construction Corporation’s project team includes John Reilly, project executive and Jim Velez, project superintendent. The architect is Lightowler Johnson Associates, Fargo, ND, and civil engineer is Chamlin Associates, Morris, Ill.
