Des Plaines, IL (March 5, 2018) — Peak Construction Corporation was awarded a third build-to-suit project by Scannell Properties in Ohio. The 400,400 square foot facility in Twinsburg has been designed for O’Reilly Auto Parts. The building will have 32’ clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, 65 dock doors, one drive-in door, 63 trailer storage spaces and parking for 358 cars and 10 trailers. Some unique aspects of the project are the incorporation of exterior Ductilcrete, a Ductilcrete floor slab, and two (2) separate hazardous rooms. Peak is teamed with Manuel Zeitlin Architects, LLC and Weber Engineering Services.
