Rosemont, IL (April 9, 2026) —Peak Construction Corporation has been selected as the design-builder for Building 1 in the Clear Springs Logistics Park in Annville, PA. The 1,223,113 SF facility will feature a 40’ clear height, 120 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 295 trailer stalls, 426 car spaces and future office build out. The site also allows for 175,560 square feet of future expansion area with 145 additional car spaces. Peak is teamed with architect, Kelly P. Harris, civil engineer, Warehaus, and structural engineer, SMBH. The project will be completed in Q4 2026.
