The speculative industrial facility is 52,925 square feet, with a 32’ clear height, 10 docks, 2 drive-in doors, 31 trailer stalls and 63 parking spaces. The project is expected to be completed in Q2 2026. Peak is teamed with architect Partners in Design and civil engineer Cemcon.
