Rosemont, IL (January 22, 2026) —Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded DHL Real Estate Solutions’ LSHC TI project. The 1,004,640 SF design-build, full-building tenant improvement is within Peak’s previously completed Clear Springs Logistics Park Building 2, in Annville, PA. The east half will include 15,197 SF of office, 2,227 SF of shipping, 483,976 SF of 40’ clear height warehouse, 50,900 SF of cooler space, 2,300 SF of freezer space, 32 total (26 more) dock positions – seven of which will have vertical levelers within the cooler space, forklift battery charging stations, and a DEA cage. The west half will include 10,395 SF of office, 2,227 SF of shipping, 490,618 SF of 40’ clear height warehouse, and 40 total dock positions with levelers (previously none). The whole building will be air conditioned, a guard shack and fencing will be installed and parking reworked. Peak is teamed with architect, Kelly P. Harris, civil engineer, Warehaus, and structural engineer, IMEG. The project will be completed in Q3 2026.
