Rosemont, IL (October 16, 2025) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded IDI Logistics’ build-to-suit office tenant improvement in Elizabeth, NJ. The 6,580 SF buildout on Kapkowski Road will feature six new private offices, open office space, multiple conference rooms with frameless glass walls, and vestibule, reception and break room areas. Peak is teamed with KSS Architects. Project completion is expected at the end of Q1 2026.
