Peak Construction Corporation Awarded Janko Group’s Building 5A in Bristol Business Park

Rosemont, IL (July 15, 2025) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Janko Group’s Building 5A in Bristol Business Park in Bristol, WI. The speculative industrial facility is 237,788 square feet, with a 32’ clear height, 20 docks with 45 future, 2 drive-in doors with 2 future, and 303 parking spaces.  The project is expected to be completed in Q3 2026. Peak is teamed with Harris Architects Inc. and Manhard Engineering, civil engineer.

Peak has been the general contractor handling the 225-acre business park’s site infrastructure, as well as constructed Building 1 (1,048,791 SF), Building 2 (314,505 SF), Building 3 (396,508 SF), Building 4 (157,043 SF), and Building 8 323,970 SF), along with multiple tenant improvements.
