Des Plaines, IL (December 15, 2021) — Peak Construction Corporation was awarded Strongsville Commerce Center by Scannell Properties. The 310,080 square foot design-build facility in Strongsville, Ohio will have 32’ clear height, 32 dock doors, 42 additional knockout panels and three (3) drive-in doors. The project is slated for completion in Q3 of 2022. Peak is teamed with HSB Architects + Engineers as the Architect and Neff Associates as the Civil Engineer.
