Rosemont, IL (November 20, 2024) — Peak Construction Corporation has been selected as the design-build contractor for The HC Companies’ new build-to-suit warehouse and distribution facility in Middlefield, OH, on behalf of Scannell Properties. This new 747,000 square foot distribution facility is being constructed adjacent to The HC Companies’ existing Ohio manufacturing facility. Site preparation is well underway with project completion anticipated during Q3 2025. Peak Construction has partnered with Harris Architects, Weber Engineer Services (civil engineering), and SMBH Structural Engineering for this endeavor.
