All three speculative buildings, Building A at 70,650SF, Building B at 154,000SF and Building C at 51,600SF, are being developed by IDI Gazeley for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers acting on behalf of an institutional client. Peak is teamed with Formations Architects & Planners, Inc. and Jacob & Hefner Associates.
