Rosemont, IL (August 28, 2025) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded two tenant improvements in NorthPoint Development’s Third Coast Intermodal Hub Building 1 located in in Joliet, IL.
The first TI totals 303,053 SF, including 40’ clear height, 25 dock doors, one drive-in door, 59 trailer stalls, 164 car spaces, 2,500 SF of office and two remote restrooms. The second TI is an expansion for an existing tenant for whom Peak previously built out their space. This expansion adds 431,627 SF with a 40’ clear height, 49 dock doors, one drive-in door, 97 trailer stalls, 204 car spaces, 5,500 SF of overall office space and a remote restroom.
Both projects are expected to be completed in Q4 2025 and Peak is teamed with architect studioNorth. Peak completed construction of the 1,056,353 SF Building 1 in 2024.
