Des Plaines, IL (April 18, 2017) — Peak Construction Corporation has begun work on Building 14 in IDI Gazeley’s Rock Run Business Park. Located on 15 acres in Joliet, Illinois, the 291,728SF speculative building will have a 36’ clear height, 38 dock doors, and 234 parking and 88 trailer stalls. Completion is expected in November. Peak is teamed with Sparks Architects Incorporated and Jacob & Hefner Associates.
