Sullivan, Jr. started Peak as a Design-Build General Contractor with the mantra, “Do the Right Thing.” It is this philosophy, modeled through Peak’s project approach and their team’s work ethic, that has been paramount in the firm’s accomplishments over the past 25 years. What started as a boutique firm has transcended into a national organization; Peak capped off 2021 as it’s most successful year yet with a growing list of repeat clients, as well as an expanding team in Chicagoland, Wisconsin, Ohio, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
