Des Plaines, IL (May 6, 2014) — Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital engaged Peak Construction Corporation to oversee two simultaneous Tenant Improvements within their Remington Boulevard medical office building.
Gastrointestinal Specialty Care’s second floor build-out includes a new waiting room, exam rooms, offices and break room. Midwest Bone & Joint Specialists are expanded their first floor location. Their refurbished suite includes an open office area, new exam room and new break room. The projects were fast-tracked for completion. Both offices will be able to provide updated care in their renovated facilities. “The build-out of this space is an exciting opportunity for us to expand medical services within our community. We’re glad to be working again with Peak Construction for this project,” says Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital’s Chief Financial Officer Michael Murrill.
