Des Plaines, IL (April 19, 2022) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded NorthPoint Development’s Bristol Building 1 located within the Bristol Business Park, Bristol, Wisconsin. Peak is teamed with studioNorth Architecture and Manhard Consulting Ltd. Construction started earlier this year on the 1,048,791 SF building which is slated for completion in November 2022. The building, featuring a 40’ clear height, 105 dock doors and four (4) drive-in doors, will also be seeking LEED Certification.
