Des Plaines, IL (March 30, 2021) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded NorthPoint Development’s Heartland 94 Logistics Center Building 1 at 8311 38th Street in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Peak is teamed with studioNorth Architecture and Pinnacle Engineering Group. Construction will start this spring with a slated completion in January 2022. The building will be 757,281 square feet with a 40’ clear height, 76 dock doors, four (4) drive-in doors, 234 trailer parking spaces and 414 parking spaces.
