Rosemont, IL (March 20, 2025) —Peak Construction Corporation is underway with Peak Distribution Center Buildings 1 and 2 in North Las Vegas, NV. The project is being developed through a newly formed joint venture between DHL Real Estate Solutions and MDH Partners. Building 1 is 450,241 square feet, with a 40’ clear height, 84 overhead doors, 4 drive-in doors, 112 trailer stalls and 316 parking stalls. Building 2 is 343,373 square feet with a 36’ clear height, 43 overhead doors, 2 drive-in doors, 62 trailer stalls and 323 parking stalls. The project is expected to be completed in early Q1 2026. Peak is teamed with Ware Malcomb and GCW Engineers\Surveyors.
