Ft. Manufacturing and Distribution Shared Service Facility in Rantoul, IL., Inc. is a leading designer, developer and marketer of branded equipment and accessories that enhance athletic performance and protection.
The new Shared Service Center will be home to approximately 300 Easton-Bell employees based in Rantoul. It will include over 39,000 Sq. Ft. of office space spanning two floors and more than 775,000 Sq. Ft. of automated warehouse space. This new construction will help facilitate Easton-Bell’s continued growth and distribution capabilities with 4 drive-in doors, 44 dock positions and 107 future dock positions. The 78-acre property also includes a 400-space employee parking lot with additional room for 121 trailer spaces and provisions for 500,000 Sq. Ft. of pad ready future expansion.
Peak is constructing the facility for developer, The Janko Group, and teamed with the Supply Chain Alliance, a consortium of companies aligned to provide businesses with turnkey solutions to real estate and supply-chain related issues.
