Peak Construction Corporation to Complete Site Infrastructure & Multi-Tenant Building at 170 Acre Bristol Business Park

Des Plaines, IL (March 15, 2021) — Peak Construction Corporation has been engaged by developer Janko Group to begin site infrastructure work for Bristol Business Park (BBP) located one mile west of the first interchange along Interstate 94 in the dynamic Southeast Wisconsin industrial submarket.  This state-of-the-art business park, totaling 170 acres, is fully entitled for up to 2.2 million square feet (SF) of space in six buildings.  Peak has also begun construction on the first industrial multi-tenant project on a 19.3-acre site designated as lot #2. The building is 314,505 SF, has a 36’ clear height, 224 car parking spaces, 54 exterior truck docks configured as a cross dock expandable to 90 total, an EPDM membrane 20 year warranted roof, aesthetically pleasing tinted glass curtainwall entries, insulated decoratively painted precast wall panels, and overall lighting, heating and insulation design criteria exceeding the current required energy building codes.  The building is currently permitted and under construction targeting an August 2021 completion.  Harris Architect, Inc. is the architect, Manhard Consulting is the civil engineer, Janko Group is the developer and Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive marketing agent.

Bristol Business Park is targeting users from 50,000 SF to 1.1 million SF.  All required project entitlements and public utility approvals and permits have been acquired and the adjacent Kenosha County off-site intersection improvements to County highways Q & U are scheduled to begin in the summer of 2021.
