Des Plaines, IL (April 24, 2018) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded First Hospitality Group’s Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at Toyota Park. The new, four-story hotel will be located at Harlem and 71st Street in Bridgeview, IL inside the Toyota Park subdivision, home of the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. With 109 guest rooms, the limited-service hotel will feature an indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting room, as well as an open two-story breakfast atrium. Construction will begin mid-Spring and is expected to be completed in May 2019. Chipman Design Architecture is the Architect and Mackie Consultants is the civil engineer.
