The 954,701 square foot building features a 40’ clear height, 96 docks, four (4) drive-in doors, 244 trailer stalls, 190 loading spaces, 536 car spaces and 2,000 square feet of office. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. Peak is teamed with studioNorth Architecture and Dynamic Engineering.
