“First, Peak would like to congratulate all the finalists and winners. It is always an honor to be amongst high-caliber organizations and their projects. We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award – our first in Ohio! We are very proud of this facility and of our relationship with Riddell, as well as continuing to support their efforts. In addition to the very experienced and dedicated Riddell participants, our Riddell project team also included Scannell Properties, Avison Young, Heitman Architects Incorporated, structural engineering firm IMEG Corp., the City of North Ridgeville, and many talented subcontractors – we couldn’t have created this award-winning building without you. This is most certainly a TEAM award!” Michael P. Sullivan, Jr., Peak’s CEO & Founder shared.
