Peak Construction | New Jersey Projects Continued…
The New Jersey market is a tough but desirable market to be in for industrial users. There is a scarcity of modern industrial product in the market driven in large part by port activity and ecommerce trends. With no signs of slowing down, the growth is driving competition for developers to build creatively and expeditiously. Therefore, developers rely on expert construction teams to perform at their best under pressure. Because of Peak Construction’s long history and phenomenal reputation with their work product and culture, the company has seen great success in the New Jersey market. Steve Golumbeck, Vice President at Peak Construction, has led the charge in the East Coast market. Steve is currently the Project Executive all three projects and Peak Construction’s New Jersey expert in construction and all factors that need to be considered while working in the area. “We are excited to bring Peak Construction’s Industrial warehouse expertise to the East coast. Our client-centric approach has provided a new perspective on industrial design-build and speculative construction. We’re appreciative of our East Coast clients and colleagues embracing that approach, which has resulted in mutually beneficial successes.”
