Mike Sullivan, president and founder of Peak Construction Corporation, announces that the firm has been selected by Janko Group to fulfill the role of general contractor for the $30 million renovation project of transforming the former Holiday Inn in Naperville into a Marriott Hotel. The hotel is located at 1801 Naper Blvd and is expected to open in March 2012.
