Mike Sullivan, president and founder of Peak Construction Corporation, announces that the firm has been selected by Boehringer Ingelheim Vermedica, Inc (BIVI) to fulfill the role of general contractor. This will be the U.S. headquarters for the company which was founded in Germany. Quadrangle will be the developer of this project. The 100,000 square foot office building will be located in St. Joseph, Missouri at the corner of Gene Field and Woodbine Roads.
The building is scheduled to be completed in twelve months and will be 4 stories tall totaling 100,000 square feet.
