Rosemont, IL (November 17, 2022) — Peak Construction Corporation was awarded two buildings and site improvements for NorthPoint Development’s Third Coast Logistics Park in Joliet earlier this year. Peak is currently underway with Phase 1 which includes simultaneous site improvements and construction of Building 1, a speculative 1,056,353 sf, 40’ clear height building featuring 103 dock doors, four (4) drive-in doors and 264 trailer parking stalls. Building 2, also speculative, will follow and features 1,218,120 sf, 40’ clear height, 120 dock doors, four (4) drive-in doors and 247 trailer parking stalls. The entire project has an expected completion date of Fall 2023. Peak is teamed with architect studioNorth Architecture and civil engineer Jacob & Hefner Associates.
