Currently Fred Ryan joined Peak as SeniorProject Manager in 2022. Fred’s responsibilities include all aspects related to Project Management, including strategic collaboration between the owner, owner’s representatives, design professionals, subcontractors, and municipal and regulatory code officials. He is also responsible for daily site coordination with the Peak Project Superintendent, owner and subcontractor contract and change order management, monthly draw request review and management, and overall project direction. Fred also provides estimating support for Peak’s RFP submissions.

Expertise Fred is an accomplished project manager, dedicated and passionate about the industry and the projects he leads. Combined with his amiable demeanor and construction expertise, including a design-build approach, Fred is adept at deploying innovative solutions to deliver first-class facilities to pleased clients. His expertise lies in communication, driving the schedule, quality, and the innate ability to motivate project teams.

Experience Prior to joining Peak, Fred held Project Manager and Construction Manager positions at such companies as R.S. Mowery, COR Development/NexGen Power, Carkner Construction, AnCor Inc. and Polaris Industries. He has worked on projects ranging from $250,000 to $120 Million in the industrial, TI, commercial, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, and residential markets for both general contractors and subcontractors and has worked with clients such as Matrix, Trammell Crow Company, DHL, Westfield Developers, New York State and the US Government all over the country and internationally.
