Currently As Business Development Manager, Jeff’s responsibilities include business development for Peak in the Southeast region, pre-construction assistance and project management of Peak’s South Carolina projects. Jeff’s role is vital to maintaining existing client relationships and cultivating new ones throughout the area resulting in new project opportunities and partnerships, including his assistance with pre-construction and estimating efforts. He is also responsible for all tasks associated with project management of Peak’s South Carolina projects, working cohesively with Peak’s field team, the client and all subcontractors.
Expertise Jeff’s attention to detail and superior work ethic makes him a critical part of the pre-construction, project management and business development teams. His measured and strategic approach to analysis and evaluation determine the most cost-effective methods, selection of the best subcontractor partners for each project and development of new connections with client partners, ultimately, resulting in satisfied clients and successful projects. Jeff’s gregarious and outgoing demeanor allow him to create trusted relationships from the start.
Experience Jeff has worked on industrial projects ranging from $950,000 to $85M. His recent projects at Peak include the multi-building Port 95 Business Park, Thorne Health and Cember Way, all located in South Carolina for such clients as Cresset Partners, Mapletree and Janko Group. Prior to joining Peak, Jeff was the Offensive Coordinator Football Coach for East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. While there, he was engaged in more than just coaching. Jeff participated in recruiting efforts, mentored, and supervised four offensive coaches, was responsible for the team’s annual budget and proudly developed student athletes as they advanced through their education.
