Currently Michael Russo joined Peak as a Director – East Coast Region to manage Peak’s growing presence on the East Coast. Michael oversees all Peak East Coast activities managing sales and project operations including project management, and field supervision on all projects utilizing the programs, technology, human resources, marketing, and financial support provided by the Peak corporate office. Michael is the Peak East Coast focal point for all new project opportunities managing existing and new relationships by implementing a regional sales campaign coordinated with the overall national Peak goals and objectives. Additionally, Michael is part of the Peak executive development team implementing and modifying corporate policies and procedures consistent with Peak core culture values and mission.
Expertise With over 30 years of engineering, construction project management and development experience throughout the country, Michael provides a unique and valuable perspective while navigating complex projects to successful completion. His expertise, including years in the storage, energy, and retail construction industries, as demonstrated from his knowledge and experience result in a well-rounded and essential member of the Peak team. Michael’s successful implementation of his strengths into Peak’s development and management strategies will reduce overall costs, add value, and continue to exceed expectations of both new and existing clients.
Experience Michael has held positions as Regional Director of Development, Director of Construction & Design, Manager of Retail Engineering, Senior Project Manager, and Construction Manager at such firms as Johnson Development Associates, VNG. Co, Sunoco, Mobil Oil, Bovis Lend Lease, and Wendy’s International. His projects have ranged from $500,000 to $125 million, including overall management of a five hundred million dollar budget as Regional Director of Development.
