Currently Keith is the Chief Operations Officer at Peak. His responsibilities include collaborative participation with the Peak Executive Team required to achieve or exceed company goals in profit, owner satisfaction, safety and team enrichment. Specific responsibilities include sales, safety, estimating, operations support and optimizing managerial, operation and administrative processes and procedures. These include implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives ensuring maximum operating results and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Keith focuses on fostering growth among the Executive Team and all Peak employees.
Expertise Keith has over 38 years of extensive experience in all aspects of construction, specifically design-build, for industrial, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, food processing, corporate offices, multi-family, senior living and hospitality markets. He is a proven leader in the industry, managing projects, project teams and operations with knowledge and integrity. Keith’s expertise is deployed through his analytical style, effectively approaching challenges, providing solutions and delivering clear communication both through the construction process, as well as with internal operations. Keith’s belief in fostering the spirit of partnerships and developing long-lasting relationships produces successful projects and repeat clientele.
Experience Prior to joining Peak, Keith held executive positions with Pepper Construction, Clayco and McShane Construction Company where he was in charge of project sales and operations for many different market segments. Keith has managed in excess of $1.5 billion of construction projects throughout his career. His projects have ranged in size from $5M up to $90M for clients such as NorthPoint Development, DHL Supply Chain, W.W. Grainger, Medline Industries, Golden State Foods, Logistics Property Company, Crow Holdings, Exelon Nuclear, and Hampton Inn & Suites.
