Challenge: Design and construct interior office and warehouse distribution improvements into a recently completed multi-tenant industrial warehouse building.
Solution: Peak worked closely with George Butler Associates to design and construct a modern warehouse distribution facility which architecturally exceeded the City of Lenexa criteria for Renner Boulevard, provided 24’ foot clear racking capability, incorporated an ESFR fire sprinkler system, metal halide lighting, and gas fired energy efficient heating.
Ten (10) years later Select Brands again engaged Peak to build an adjacent 90,000SF new warehouse expansion incorporating modern T-5 warehouse motion detection lighting, an ESFR fire sprinkler system and a make-up air heating system with roof and wall summer ventilation provisions.
