Currently David is Vice President at Peak. Dave’s day-to-day responsibilities include creating new customer relationships while expanding and supporting existing Peak client relationships resulting in new project opportunities across all of Peak’s national markets and various construction platforms – Industrial (Speculative and Build-to-Suit), Office, Multi-Family, Student Housing, Business Park Development, Medical, Assisted Living, and Food Processing/Cooler Storage. His role is pivotal within Peak’s executive strategic collaboration facilitating success of the organization. Dave additionally provides project-specific executive support to Peak’s Project Management and Field Supervision enabling project success.

Expertise Dave‘s knowledgeable and steadfast approach, including an expertise in land entitlement, governmental and regulatory body negotiation and approvals, provides constant support of and advocation for his clients. His familiarity and ability to work within large complex organizations and multiple project partners ensures the project’s objectives and tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency, transparency, and within a culture supporting diversity and equality. Dave’s broad experience allows him to deliver creative solutions to clients that fit their needs, on-time, under budget and meeting or exceeding project objectives.

Experience Primarily focused in the Industrial Build-to-Suit and Office construction markets in the greater Chicago metropolitan area, Midwest and Northeast, Dave’s experience includes build-to-suit, design-build and speculative new construction, owner automation and equipment improvements, and traditional tenant build out projects ranging from $1M to $150M. He has completed projects for Scannell Properties, Northpoint Development, Riddell, MRP Industrial, Clarion Partners, Janko Development, Uline, Lowes, Riddell, O’ Reilly, Schaeffler Group USA, ML Realty, MBL Bion, Founders Insurance and Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.
