Currently Dave Michael joined Peak in 2010 as Project Manager.  In 2017, he added the role of Sales and in 2019, he was promoted to Project Executive.  Dave’s day-to-day Project Executive responsibilities include all tasks related to the strategic collaboration among the owner, owner’s representatives, design professionals, subcontractors, and municipal and regulatory code officials. He also provides managerial support for the Project Manager and Superintendent.  In his Sales role, Dave creates and cultivates various relationships resulting in opportunities throughout various Chicagoland markets as well as nationally.

Expertise Dave utilizes his strong work ethic and communication skills to get projects completed on time and under budget.  His energetic and steadfast approach provides constant support to clients and the entire project team, including an expertise in negotiation with governmental and regulatory bodies.  Additionally, his familiarity and abilities working within large complex organizations with multiple project management software systems insures the project’s objectives and tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency.  It is his diverse Project Management knowledge, including conceptual design, budgeting and review of professional design entities, that has made his transition to Sales successful.  Dave delivers genuine and creative solutions to prospective clients that fit their specific needs.

Experience Primarily focused in the Industrial and Office construction markets in the Chicago area and northeast, Dave’s experience includes build-to-suit, design-build and speculative new construction, owner improvement and tenant build out projects ranging from $1 to $25 million.  He has completed projects for Scannell Properties, Riddell, MRP Industrial, Clarion Partners, MBL Bion, Founders Insurance and Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.
